Elizabeth Diaz receives scholarship for student veterans

Elizabeth Diaz, an FDU graduate student, earned a scholarship from the NJ Association of Veteran Program Administrators.

Paul Anderson (left in photo), director of veteran student services, and Jeff Dunn (right), assistant director of veteran student services presented a scholarship check from the New Jersey Association of Veteran Program Administrators to Diaz (center), who earned her B.A. in humanities from FDU in 2014 and will complete her master's degree in education at FDU this semester. Prior to entering FDU, Diaz served in the Navy as a naval aviation structural mechanic from 2005-2012.
