Sadaf Usmani, of Flanders, NJ, a student of Fairleigh Dickinson University's International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management program was honored the FDU's International School of Hospitality and Tourism Scholarship during the annual/student benefit dinner on March 4, 2012 at the Park Avenue Club, Florham Park, N.J.

Fairleigh Dickinson University's International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, founded in 1942, is the oldest program of its type in the New York metropolitan area and one of the oldest in the United States. Rated by the Princeton Review's "Gourmet Report" as one of the top four-year hospitality management programs in the United States, the program offers classes at FDU's Metropolitan Campus and the College at Florham, and four off-site locations: Atlantic City, Jersey City, Mercer County, and Ocean County.
